The office building at 1220 19th Street is located south of Dupont Circle and north of M Street, on the west side of the street. (The restaurant I Ricchi is located on the ground level of the building.)

There is a parking garage, with hourly rates, located next door at 1200 19th Street (access is from the alley connecting 19th and 20th streets-- turn in from 19th Street at my building). Other commercial garages are located in the area. On-street parking is limited, especially during rush hours.

The Dupont Circle Metro station, south entrance/ exit (Red Line) is located two blocks away. The Farragut West station, 18th Street entrance/ exit (Orange and Blue Lines) is located five blocks away.
